Our friends over at GotGames have recently announced that they are holding a huge 32-team Counter-strike: Source Double Elimination Mega Competition, starting from the 1st October 2007 until the 7th October 2007. Aside from the tongue-twister value of the competition name, this should definitely be a competition that all Counter-strikers should be watching and participating. Winners of the competition will receive a much bigger chance of making it to GotGames CEVO league, one of the hottest leagues for Counter-strike: Source in Australia. Gamestah Radio will, of course, be all over the competition like volcanic ash over Pompeii, so be sure to watching our site every day for new announcements of upcoming casts of this exciting competition from our talented Counter-strike casters. The teams that have been chosen to participate in this prestigious competition are as follows: Fiend, BadBad, czR, TrainWreck, KGN, UberHive, ZeroRemorse, Shelbourne, exR, klaus, Qlimax, C-Rex, Anarchy, RZC, BlitzKreig, 816 Gaming, Euphoric, Veneration, Redemption, Tomato Family, Livid, iFE, Sync Gaming, Lazy Boyz, Redux, Forza Gaming, S6ense, Soviet, Evil Monkeys, Exothermic, Napalm Fury and Indulge. The ruleset for the competition will follow the GotGames CEVO league, and the map rotation will be de_train, de_nuke, de_dust2 and de_inferno.
